Prochno for 66th House

"…The winter featured a Republican party contest where we endorsed Elk Grove Village trustee Christine Prochno…She won then and we continue to support that choice, endorsing her in November to succeed Krause. Prochno, a teacher…has a long involvement in her community, even apart from her decade of service on the Elk Grove board. From her work with veterans groups, Harper College, School District 214 and United Way of Elk Grove, Prochno has shown that she is commited herself to helping her community…Prochno supports concrete, achievable goals in the General Assembly. She promises to be a fine representative for the area and a worthy successor to Krause…Prochno’s longer background in government and public service gives her a decisive advantage that will enable her to be effective on day one."
